Role Overview We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks, conduct research online, validate claims made in the content through online research, and work with the LLM (Large Language Models) to solve puzzles! Your role is critical in helping fine-tune and improve large language models (like Gemini), and will make you an expert on how to leverage AI to be a better analyst. This is your chance to future-proof your career in an AI-first world! The position requires 30-40h/week commitment and 2 or more hours overlap with PST. The project will last 2months weeks with a possibility of extension. Start date is ASAP. What does day-to-day look like? Read, summarize, and break down complex content into logical components Conduct online research to validate information and claims Solve analytical and logical reasoning problems Create high-quality training scenarios with clear explanations Provide detailed feedback and annotations to improve model performance Multilingual capabilities are mandatory. (English and Japanese) Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field Strong analytical, research, and logical reasoning skills Excellent written communication skills Reliable desktop/laptop and stable internet connection Professional writing or analytical experience (e.g., research, business analysis, journalism, technical writing, editing, translation) Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite Strong data interpretation and basic quantitative skills
