Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and IT teams to understand regulatory and business needs.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear functional and business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing compliance processes and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support implementation of regulatory and compliance-related systems and process enhancements.
• Coordinate with technology teams throughout the SDLC, from requirement gathering through implementation and production support.
• Support UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off.
• Ensure requirements and solutions align with applicable regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Prepare business process documentation, SOPs, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues and provide regular status updates.
• Support audit, regulatory reporting, and compliance-related change initiatives.
