Roles & Responsibilities

1. Gather and analyze customer requirements for UAE e-Invoicing implementation.
2. Conduct requirement workshops with Finance, Tax, ERP, IT, and business teams.
3. Understand existing invoicing processes and prepare As-Is / To-Be process flows.
4. Perform field mapping between customer ERP systems and UAE PINT-AE e-Invoicing requirements.
5. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), functional specifications, process flows, and mapping documents.
6. Coordinate with developers and integration teams for API/ERP implementation.
7. Support ERP integrations including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho, QuickBooks, and other systems.
8. Validate invoice and credit note data against UAE MoF/FTA and Peppol requirements.
9. Prepare SIT/UAT test scenarios, coordinate testing, track defects, and obtain customer sign-off.
10. Manage requirement clarifications, change requests, issues, and implementation dependencies.
11. Conduct customer demonstrations, user training, and solution walkthroughs.
12. Support production onboarding, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
