Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Business Analyst to join a high-impact digital transformation initiative focused on aligning workflows, standardising data, and uplifting system capabilities across a complex stakeholder environment. This role offers a rare opportunity to influence the future of digital service delivery in a critical sector, working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology.
You’ll play a key role in reviewing existing processes, supporting stakeholder workshops, gathering and refining requirements, and contributing to the development of detailed documentation for procurement and governance. The work is fast-paced and diverse, involving collaboration across technical and non-technical teams, and helping shape key decisions through thoughtful analysis, stakeholder advocacy, and structured planning.
This is a permanent role based in Perth, with flexibility to consider a contractor arrangement for the right candidate.
Qualifications

Strong experience as a Business Analyst working on large-scale digital or transformation programs

  • Ability to analyse workflows, map data sets, and identify opportunities for alignment or improvement
  • Confident leading or supporting workshops with varied stakeholder groups and synthesising results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advocate for business needs across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes to deadlines
  • Familiarity with adjacent disciplines such as project management, change management, or IT Service Management
  • Experience across clinical, procurement, and/or ICT domains (applications, data, infrastructure) is highly regarded
  • Experience supporting procurement processes and preparing documentation such as requirements packs or RFTs is desirable
