POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Production Manager, the Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, facilitating, coordinating, and supporting operational KPI improvements WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Tracks, analyzes, reports, and maintains the Andon system and Production KPI’s • Prepares, updates, and reports on Cell metrics and other Production KPI’s • Reports and improves critical issues and trends regarding line stoppers • Prepares and updates Winnipeg Opex monthly articles and communication boards • Analyzes and provides support to Production Leadership regarding waste reduction • Ensures standardization of manufacturing best practices • Works with Manufacturing leadership and supporting departments for improvement initiatives relating to manufacturing and internal processes WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: • University or college degree in Business or Engineering. A combination of education and experience may be considered. • At least 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment • Advanced Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and Power BI skills required • Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving and facilitation skills with an ability to work with all levels of the organization • Lean greenbelt certification or equivalent training would be considered an asset Up to 5% of travel is required in this position.
