What we're looking for

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Process Improvement Specialist, Operations Analyst or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience mapping processes and delivering improvement initiatives
• A curious, innovative mindset and passion for continuous improvement
• Exposure to professional services, financial services, consulting or similar environments will be highly regarded
