• A degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems or a related field. 
• Experience in business analysis, business systems, process improvement or strategy. 
• Hands-on experience administering business platforms and supporting users. 
• Advanced business intelligence skills, including data modelling and dashboard development, ideally using Power BI. 
• Practical experience with APIs and integration or automation tools. 
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, analysis or business processes. 
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and sound judgement around data privacy and security. 

Experience with SQL, Python or PowerShell, implementing AI solutions, or supporting a multi-site service business or acquisition integration would be highly regarded.
