• Business analysis: 2 years (required

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. (Mandatory)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. (Mandatory)
• Lead and coordinate privacy impact assessment activities and champion them through to approval. (Mandatory)
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas where current processes or systems need improvement.
• Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and diagrams to facilitate effective communication and understanding of business processes.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Work closely with cross‐functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and implement technological solutions that address business needs.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure developed solutions meet business requirements.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis.
