Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Analyst to support a dynamic case management system initiative. This is a business-oriented position (not a Delivery BA role) focusing on bridging business needs with functional capability. The successful candidate will engage senior stakeholders, develop high-level solution documentation, and assess requirements alignment.

• Minimum 3 years of proven system solution analytical experience.
• Strong background in Agile business analysis and functional analysis methodologies.
• Extensive experience documenting requirements using user stories, wireframes, and mock-ups.
• Skilled in stakeholder negotiation, balancing business and technical needs.
• Proficient in leading workshops and engaging with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in process re-engineering, system integration specifications, and UAT support.
