Job Title: Business Analyst (3 Positions)

NTT Data Melbourne is seeking 3 experienced Business Analysts to support a major implementation project. The successful candidates will work across functional and non-functional domains, engaging stakeholders, optimizing processes, validating solutions, and supporting change management activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in both functional and non-functional business analysis.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in process optimisation and solution validation.
• Familiarity with change management and training support.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Stakeholder Engagement & Analysis

• Engage with service provider stakeholders to confirm business needs.
• Plan delivery of solutions within stakeholder organisations.

Process Optimisation

• Evaluate current business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with project goals.

Solution Validation

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and architects.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives and integrate with existing systems.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as liaison between business teams, IT, and external partners.
• Align expectations and facilitate decision-making.

Change Management & Training

• Prepare documentation and training materials.
• Conduct workshops to support user adoption.

Functional Business Analysis

• Gather, document, and refine business requirements.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Analyse business workflows and recommend system enhancements.
• Collaborate on solution design to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support functional testing and validate system outputs.

Non-Functional Business Analysis

• Define and document non-functional requirements (NFRs) including performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Work with technical teams to integrate NFRs into system design.
• Assess system performance and scalability using KPIs and benchmarks.
• Conduct risk and compliance analysis to ensure regulatory alignment.
