ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong delivery background in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• JIRA & Confluence proficiency
• End-to-end requirements gathering, process modelling, stakeholder management, and user journey mapping
• Demonstrable experience working on large-scale programmes
• Experience working in a regulated industry, ideally within Water or Wastewater utilities

• Competent and experienced Business Analyst, uses own initiative and self-starter
• Standard BA core competencies
• Elicit, define, and manage requirements from multiple business SMEs
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA/Confluence
• Support SharePoint structure and migration activities, including metadata and workflow definition
• Translate manual processes into digital SharePoint workflows using Power Platform
• Conduct AS IS / TO BE process mapping and gap analysis
• Define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) where required
• Drive benefits realisation and value definition across assigned initiatives
• Engage stakeholders across multiple business areas – stakeholder engagement/management
• Adherence to SWS governance standards
