The Modern Information Programme will achieve strategic objectives by establishing a cohesive source of truth for information and collaboration needs across our Australasian businesses. The programme encompasses 5 pivotal projects, and as the Business Analyst- NZ Digital Workspaces, you will ensure successful support in the delivery of our New Zealand Digital Workspace project. You will engage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders understand, document and convey their needs and requirements. In this role, you will partner with the Project Manager and Business Leads to ensure the project meets business needs. You have the flexibility to travel within New Zealand. This is a fixed-term role until October 2027. Ngā kawenga matua | Key responsibilities Elicit, validate, and document business requirements. Design, lead, gather, analyse and document requirements through workshops. Guide stakeholders towards decision making. Model solution requirements. Facilitate communication and collaboration. Proven experience delivering large IT projects Proven stakeholder engagement skills and strong influencing skills. Experience with SharePoint and AvePoint Products preferred. Clear and concise verbal and written communication. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
