Roles & Responsibilities

• Tracking major-medium projects across target markets.
• Identify new leads and business opportunities
• Monitor competitors, consultants, contractors, and clients
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
• Analyze sales team performance and pipeline activities
• Maintain project intelligence databases
• Develop dashboards and performance tracking reports
• Provide management with market insights and business intelligence
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and process maps to guide technical teams in delivering effective solutions.
• Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and validate requirements, fostering collaboration among diverse teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
