The Business Analyst is responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties in our healthcare facilities · Rate of compliance to SLA on assessment to Application Service Request Form (ASRF) · Total number of system enhancements deployed in Production · Accuracy/completeness of design per iteration · Timeliness of delivery of Functional Specification per iteration · Completeness of documentation per project · Rate of compliance to SLA on resolution time · Completeness of documentation of resolution applied per issue · Customer feedback · Compliance to EOC standards Financials : Budget Utilization vs CAPEX, OPEX
