Description We’re looking for a strategic, business-driven Business Analyst to join One Zero’s Growth & Revenue Team - the team that leads the bank’s success and drives its core business results. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping decisions that impact the bank’s growth trajectory, profitability, and customer value. You will partner across the organization - with Product, Marketing, Finance, and R&D - to translate data into actionable insights, identify new growth opportunities, and measure what truly moves the needle for the business. This is not just a data role - it’s a business impact role at the heart of the bank’s strategy. מי אנחנו? None Your Day-to-Day Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and revenue streams to identify business opportunities and growth levers. Design and execute analytical analysis that directly influence key business KPIs such as conversion, retention, ARPU, and profitability. Work with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to provide clear, data-backed recommendations that drive decisions and improve business outcomes. Lead ad-hoc and strategic analyses that guide senior management in defining priorities, optimizing operations, and accelerating growth.
