SENIOR INSIGHT ANALYST – RETAIL/COMMERCIAL | £50K-£60K | HYBRID (TUES-THURS IN OFFICE) | 1-YEAR FTC (HIGH CHANCE OF PERM)

We are partnering with a leading retail brand to recruit a Senior Insight Analyst for an initial 12-month maternity cover contract, with a high likelihood of becoming permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced commercial environment, leveraging data to drive key business decisions.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Insight Analyst, you will play a critical role in analysing commercial data, providing insights into pricing, profit margins, and customer behaviour. You will be working in a highly collaborative team, influencing business strategies, and optimizing performance through data-driven decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyse large datasets using BigQuery and SQL, providing actionable insights on customer behaviour, pricing, and profitability.
• Work closely with commercial teams to develop and evaluate customer pricing experiments.
• Understand data layers and Google Tags to improve data quality and reporting.
• Utilize Power BI (preferred but not essential) to create dashboards and visualizations.
• Engage with key stakeholders to drive business growth through data-backed insights.
