ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and facilitating eCommerce website builds throughout the full project lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. This role offers variety, creativity, and the chance to collaborate with some of the most exciting brands in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather and refine client business requirements, offering best-practice advice.
  • Translate client briefs into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and deliverables align with client needs.
  • Participate in product backlog refinement, sprint demos, and technical workshops.
  • Design solutions that address client challenges and provide clear technical recommendations.
