ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Business Analyst, you’ll collaborate with our Operations team to harness data, uncover insights, and enhance decision-making across our global operations. From supplier performance to customer experience optimization, your work will directly impact how we deliver exceptional travel journeys.
Based in Zurich, you’ll engage with colleagues across Analytics, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams in the U.S. and other global EF locations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Deliver Operational Insights

• Partner with Operations leaders to understand and improve how decisions about tour production and supplier procurement affect the traveler experience and business results.
• Develop data-driven business cases and tools to support operational improvements.
• Build automated decision-support tools for supplier discussions and tour production.

Build Business Intelligence Solutions

• Design and own intuitive dashboards and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making by Operations users.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to maintain clean, high-performing data sources for reporting and KPIs.

Be a Business Partner

• Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships across analytics, engineering, and operations teams.
• Communicate proactively in a global, matrixed organization, ensuring cross-functional teams align to understand and solve World Journeys operational challenges.
