Job Description Business Analyst – Operations & Financial Analysis (Regulated Environment) 📍 Mahwah, NJ (Onsite) 💰 $71,000 – $120,000 + Bonus Potential We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to support operational, financial, and strategic initiatives within a highly regulated aerospace/defense-style environment. This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decision-making, process improvement, and operational performance. This is not a pure IT or dashboard-focused role. We are looking for analysts who understand operations, financial modeling, and compliance-driven business environments.
