This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate to contribute to a fast-moving private equity firm. You will work directly with our acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams to support data analysis, reporting, and operational initiatives across our portfolio. Business Analyst Compensation: Starting Salary $25-$30 per hour 401(k) Plan Medical benefit stipend of $525 per month Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life, Hospital & Critical Illness Benefits available Pet Insurance Holiday Pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Work/Home Life Balance Opportunities for Career Advancement Business Analyst Responsibilities: Assist in compiling market research, property comparables, and due diligence materials to support the acquisitions team Help maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards that track portfolio performance across our manufactured housing and self-storage assets Support senior team members in preparing internal summaries and investor updates Help document operational processes and assist with data entry and record-keeping across asset management functions Collaborate with team members across acquisitions, finance, and property management on day-to-day tasks and projects Business Analyst Qualifications (Required): Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis) Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow direction, meet deadlines, and work well in a team environment Business Analyst Qualifications (Preferred but not Required): Academic or internship exposure to real estate, finance, or investment analysis Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI) Basic SQL or database skills Understanding of real estate fundamentals (cap rates, NOI, occupancy analysis) Experience with CRM or property management software Disclosures: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
