Job Content
- You will set the agenda for the Own Brand category together with Sourcing Excellence in tool development.
- Establish best practice for developing, producing, analyzing, and communicating KPI´s and analytics.
- You will use your excellent MS Office, particular Excel, Power BI and Power Point skills.
- Together with category managers, you will drive the preparation of negotiation decks and perhaps even participate in negotiations with suppliers.
- Challenge the organization in realizing savings and business opportunities.
- Focus on sharing the best practices within the analytics network and implement from others.
- Be positive in introducing definitions, governance and standards around Sourcing Tools and reporting.
- Own Brand category ownership of Group Tools, like Should cost model and Power BI reports.
- Participating in ongoing developments of new tools and analytics on group level Facilitating local implementation of new tools and analytics.
- Facilitating local implementation of new tools and analytics.
- Produce key data for meeting in the management in Group Sourcing.
- Produce input and data for financial reporting.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for executive management.
- Train and educate category team around tools and processes together with Sourcing Excellence.
- Be a strong communicator within STARK Sourcing.

- You will be a close sparring partner to the Group Category Director, and you will have a close collaboration with our Sourcing Excellence team. Your will work out of our STRAK Group Head Office at Frederiksberg, Copenhagen.
- Some traveling must be expected.
Who are we looking for
- You have a passion for data, and you enjoy analyzing to identify improvement potentials and you have a flair for presenting ideas in an appealing format.
- You have minimum 3 years of experience from a similar role, in a large, international environment or management consultancy background.
- You are a Super User in, or very familiar with, Power BI and other BI tools.
- You have excellent Power Point skills.
- You have experience to conveying complex information in a direct and understandable format.
- Industry experience is a plus, but not a must.
- You have excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills.
- IT knowledge and interest is a must.
- A key to success is the ability to combine skills in analytics with a genuine business understanding.
- You are comfortable working in the complexity of an international matrix organization.
- You have drive and curiosity, are proactive, innovative and an initiator – these are words that describe you.
- You thrive in collaborating with others.
- You are comfortable working in English (corporate language)
