Job description for Business Analyst (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) for our client.

Your tasks.

• Analysis and optimization of business processes and requirements
• Creation of requirements analyses and technical concepts in collaboration with the specialist departments.
• Support for IT projects from planning to implementation
• Support in the introduction of new systems and applications
• Conducting workshops and training courses for users
• Creation of process documentation and reporting
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Analysis and evaluation of new IT solutions and technologies

Your profile .

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a business analyst or in a similar position
• Solid knowledge of business process analysis and modeling
• Experience in project management and IT implementation
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written; good English skills are an advantage.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
