You will coordinate project implementations with internal areas and insurance partners, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational quality, and commercial results. Gather, document, and validate business requirements, operational rules, and business needs. Translate requirements into functional specifications for systems and validate with stakeholders. Track initiatives of products, campaigns, operational improvements, and migrations. Monitor project progress against plans, identifying risks and deviations, and prepare executive status reports. Act as a liaison between internal areas (Business, IT, Operations, Finance, Risk) and external partners (insurance providers). Analyze end-to-end processes (sales, issuance, collections, cancellations) to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities. Ensure that processes and projects comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Participate in system validation and post-implementation analysis. Who You Are 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, PMO, or projects within the financial, insurance, or banking sector. Proven ability to lead requirement gathering and documentation processes. Proficiency in utilizing Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Agile project methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with BRD, FRD, user stories. Understanding of process modeling (AS IS / TO BE). Knowledge of insurance products (life, auto, protection) and related KPIs. Proficiency in relevant regulatory frameworks (CNSF, CNBV, or financial regulations). Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication abilities across business and technology domains. Strong organizational skills with a focus on monitoring and follow-up activities.
