About the Role

PANAK GROUP PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver practical solutions that support organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business requirements and system objectives.
• Investigate business processes, procedures and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement through ICT solutions.
• Gather, analyse and interpret business and functional requirements for new and existing information systems.
• Prepare business requirement specifications, functional specifications and process documentation.
• Evaluate current ICT systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, productivity and business performance.
• Work with software developers, system architects and project teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and assist with system testing, validation and implementation.
• Support system deployment activities, including data migration, user training and post-implementation reviews.
• Monitor implemented systems to ensure they continue to meet business requirements and recommend continuous improvements.
• Prepare reports, user documentation and technical recommendations for management and other stakeholders.
• Develop business process models and workflows to support the analysis, design, and implementation of ICT solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business, Information Technology, Commerce or a related field.
• At least three year of relevant full-time work experience (or equivalent) as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and technical teams.
