Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will:

  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for payment flows, including account setup, remittance, and settlement processing.
  • Map current and future state processes for payment rails, banking integrations, and fintech product features.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to design solutions aligned with regulatory standards (PCI-DSS, SOC2, etc.).
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze data across APIs, backend systems, and reporting tools to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Work closely with QA teams to define acceptance tests, validate system behavior, and ensure requirements coverage.
  • Monitor KPIs and create dashboards to track product adoption, payment success rates, and operational performance.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder reviews to align priorities.
  • Maintain traceability from requirements through development, testing, and deployment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for product lifecycle management, governance, and business analysis tooling.
