Join Our Team as a Business Analyst at Inventi! At Inventi, we build payment infrastructure technology for payment service providers. Our payments platform connects customers to SEPA, SWIFT, TARGET2 and other payment systems through a single API. We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in Payment systems to help expand our Product Team’s capabilities and drive the integration of new payment solutions. What you'll do: Take ownership of payments integrations and feature requirements Translate business needs into clear deliverables for development teams Research, analyse and outline new payment schemes (SEPA, TIPS, TARGET2) Join client onboarding and integration sessions, gathering feedback and improvement ideas Cooperate with a peer BA to ensure smooth operation of integrations and well-maintained documentation. Create and maintain a knowledge base that includes payment workflows, integration patterns, best practices, and repeatable procedures learned from previous integrations Help the team test the product to ensure it works as intended What we expect: Experience in the payments domain (as a BA, Integration Analyst, or similar role) Strong understanding of SEPA, TIPS, RT1, TARGET2 or other CMS and ability to explain them in simple words Ability to analyze complex problems and work confidently with data Clear communication with both business and technical teams Strong collaboration with developers, product managers, and clients Proactivity and accountability in taking ownership and driving improvements Curiosity and innovation — exploring new payment technologies and suggesting practical ideas that support the product’s vision What we offer: Continuous learning: access to courses, conferences, and books.
