Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst – Payroll to support the implementation of the Workday Payroll, Time Tracking & Rostering modules. This role will be responsible for gathering requirements, analysing payroll processes, supporting testing, training and ensuring a seamless transition. The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll operations and system implementations.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of payroll reporting, analytics, and process development.
  • Change management experience in payroll system transformation projects.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document payroll business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define payroll system requirements.
  • Assist in designing payroll workflows and ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations.
  • Work with technical teams to validate payroll data migration and integration with other systems.
  • Support the testing, and deployment of the Workday payroll system by developing test cases, conduct UAT, and support issue resolution during implementation.
  • Provide training and documentation for payroll teams and end-users.
  • Support parallel payroll runs and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
  • Act as a bridge between payroll operations, HR, finance, and technical teams to ensure a smooth implementation.
