This opportunity is ideal for those who have a passion for delving into data, crafting intricate solutions, and seeing their insights influence real-world decisions. This role is pivotal to our upcoming and ongoing projects that demand meticulous prediction, analysis and management of pricing strategies and payroll impacting programs. The perfect candidate will possess expertise in process analysis, workflow documentations, process automation, and data analytics. Core Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards. Support efforts to integrate data seamlessly between our internal systems including PowerBI, Salesforce, and Excel, improving efficiency in data handling and analysis. Strategy and Optimization: Work closely with the strategy and optimization team to develop and refine analytical approaches that support the company’s strategic goals. Conduct scenario analysis to forecast outcomes of different strategic options, providing critical insights for decision-making. Process optimization: Work with the business to break down complex processes, highlight pain points and work together with cross functional teams to implement solutions. Collaboration and Support: Serve as a subject matter expert in process mapping, excel & PBI offering training and support to team members to elevate the organization’s overall analytical capability. Develop insights on potential areas of growth, optimization, and improvements using business strategies. Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs. Core Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics or related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in Business analyst, Technical Analyst, or related roles, with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results. Proven expertise in Excel, including operational metrics tracking and financial modeling. Demonstrated ability to transform complex data sets into strategic insights and actionable recommendations. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to accuracy. Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaborating across departments. Physical/Work Environment: Remote, with a preference for candidates located in Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) zones. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
