Key Responsibilities We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong expertise in ERP systems, specifically across HCM modules. In this role, you will drive structured analysis, process design, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of enterprise platforms in the People & Culture (P&C) and HR domain. Lead business analysis for ERP implementations with a strong focus on HCM modules. Translate strategic HR and operational goals into functional and technical requirements. Facilitate workshops across HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams. Design and document HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and workforce scheduling. Partner with implementation teams to define award interpretation and pay rules. Support system configuration, testing, and change management activities. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to align with business needs. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery of projects. Skills Required Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the HR / P&C domain. Hands-on expertise in ERP systems (preferably HCM modules). Strong understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Workforce Management). Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Experience in ERP implementation projects (configuration, UAT, and go-live support). Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
