REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2 years of experience with BS/BA, or 6+ years with no degree.
  • Familiarity with PMO functions and SLA/KPI tracking.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and managing backlog items
  • Experience with Jira
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and other Office tools.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working with business models, system models, and workflow diagrams.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain agency clearance.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience working with SLA performance data, dashboards, or executive reporting tools.
  • Agile certification (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong PMO mindset to support enterprise performance tracking, SLA monitoring, and operational improvement. This role focuses on aligning IT service delivery with business goals, gathering SLA and KPI data, and supporting process automation within an Agile DevSecOps environment in the Azure Cloud.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support PMO operations by gathering and analyzing performance data tied to SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery benchmarks.
  • Track and report on service metrics and compliance with SLAs-identify gaps, recommend corrective actions, and assist with continuous improvement.
  • Create dashboards and executive-level reporting for SLA trends, service performance, and project health.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, document business requirements, and support process improvement efforts across the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate on business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility assessments for modernization initiatives.
  • Support quality assurance by verifying completeness and accuracy of collected data and reports.
  • May also assist with maintain and manage Agile Product Backlogs, prioritize business requirements, and SOW reporting
