• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation.
• Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) preferred.

• Gather and analyze requirements, including conducting workshops and meetings with customers.
