Piper Companies is seeking a Business Analyst to support an industry leader in technology. This position will be remote in EST hours. The Business Analyst will provide support to an unified customer portal in a business environment, and ensuring requirements are validated.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE BUSINESS ANALYST INCLUDE:

• Experience working with business stakeholders.
• Preferred to have customer portal project experience.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with their needs and expectations.
• Plan elicitation activities based on project scope and objectives.

• Extensive business requirements elicitation.
• Process mapping, testing, use case creation and management.
• User documentation, employ various techniques to elicit requirements.
