Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our product team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional serving as a bridge between product management - business stakeholders and the development teams. The Business Analyst collaborates with the team in defining business needs, identifies solutions, and supports the development and optimization of Pison’s products.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs and product requirements into clear and actionable R&D tickets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with neural interface technologies, AI, data sets, and IoT applications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting product development and optimization through business analysis.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, development team, QA and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure all parties are aligned on business and product needs.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure that product concepts and requirements are accurately understood and implemented by the development teams.
  • Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure that development tasks are clear, concise, and actionable for the development teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that products or services meet specified requirements and standards.
  • Help Product managers improve requirements based on current implementation and technical opportunities.
  • Conduct meetings and workshops to gather information from stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements and development tickets.
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
