Description

Work with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and business needs, followed by articulating those into documented business requirements and demands. Assist with prioritization exercises by providing cost and effort estimation/analysis. Manage the priority of demands to map them appropriately into a process focused functionality roadmap. Contribute as a global team member as part of the overall application delivery process. Manage and successfully deliver moderate to high complexity projects. Apply broad knowledge to identify and resolve core problems. Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered CCBA certification achieved or expected within role Agile and Lean Six Sigma certifications are desirable An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered. Experience in computing systems or IT support is highly desirable Increased business knowledge Action oriented Leadership Ability to escalate issues appropriately Present information for decision making purposes with little to no direction Increased acumen for planning Strong time management skills Ability to multi-task i.e. managing multiple projects Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
