On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - PMO Reporting Analyst for a 3 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, ON office.

BUSINESS ANALYST - PMO REPORTING ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Analyst - PMO Reporting Analyst will focus on the implementation and governance of PMO frameworks, policies, and processes. The role involves developing action plans, effective communication strategies, and performance measurement. Additionally, the analyst will support the analysis of PMO functions to ensure continuous improvement and maturation of the I&IT PMO.

BUSINESS ANALYST - PMO REPORTING ANALYST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 7+ years experience in promoting PMO frameworks and tools
  • 7+ years experience in supporting analysis of PMO functions
  • Demonstrated project management delivery experience
  • Experience with performance measurement and reporting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with PowerBI, PowerApps, and MS tools
  • Ability to lead and direct cross-functional teams

BUSINESS ANALYST - PMO REPORTING ANALYST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Public sector experience
  • Six Sigma certification
  • Agile certification
  • ITIL Foundations certification
  • PROSCI certification
Responsibilities
  • Promote implementation and governance of PMO frameworks and tools
  • Lead analysis of PMO functions for continuous improvement
  • Define and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support the development and monitoring of the PMO operating plan
  • Participate in enterprise reporting and track project reporting
  • Prepare and maintain KPI and financial records related to project delivery
  • Analyze and maintain I&IT headcount and vacancy reporting
  • Track procurement activities and support procurement projects
  • Manage staff augmentation reporting process
  • Lead PMO Project Status Tracker and risk register tools
