The ProjectsAround 20 projects are underway from a list of 100+. Here's some of the current projects you may be working on:

• A custom adviser platform, roughly a year-long build
• Agentic workflows to automate internal processes
• AI tools for client meetings and pulling information from documents
• Dashboards for teams across the business
• Fixing handover points where work passes between people

A big part of your job is cutting that list down to a prioritised 20 or 30, ranked by value and KPI impact, so the board has what it needs to choose between them. You'll scope each project, work out the value, dependencies and issues, get the documentation in place, hand it to a delivery team of around 12, then make sure testing gets done.
