Job Responsibilities

1. Work with business units and stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements
2. Review financial and operational information to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
3. Coordinate with finance, compliance, technology and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
4. Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for management
5. Streamline manual processes and improve reporting efficiency
6. Track key performance indicators and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
7. Track KPIs and monitor the performance of implemented business solutions

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace.
4. Familiarity with data tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SQL) is an advantage
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Self-motivated and eager to learn with a problem-solving mindset
