They are now looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for technology, logistics, and customer satisfaction to join their team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the supply chain or logistics industry. Familiarity with WMS solutions is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS functionality, data analysis tools, and reporting software. Strong understanding of system integration and ERP systems.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Agile/SCRUM Methodology: Familiarity with SCRUM and agile work processes is highly desirable.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling responsibilities.
• Investigative Spirit: A curious and investigative mindset, with a drive to uncover insights and propose innovative solutions.

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications for system improvements and new features.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
• System Analysis and Support: Provide technical and functional support for the WMS solutions. Analyze system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend optimizations to streamline operations and increase productivity. Develop and implement best practices for WMS usage.
• Training and Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure optimal system utilization.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical and operational issues related to the WMS solution. Coordinate with IT and vendor support teams as needed to achieve timely resolution.
• Project Management: Assist in project planning and execution for WMS-related initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on delivered solutions to ensure they meet the set requirements and stakeholder expectations.
