BUSINESS ANALYST:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

BUSINESS ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Analyst will support the Retail/Creditor Insurance team by documenting business requirements for new product setups. This role involves collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within the Retail/Creditor Insurance space.

BUSINESS ANALYST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of intermediate experience in business analysis.
  • Knowledge of life or creditor insurance products.
  • Experience working with vendors and managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong understanding of business requirements documentation.
  • Proficiency in documentation and analysis tools.

BUSINESS ANALYST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within scope.
