Business Analyst:

On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst for a 7 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Business Analyst - Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Model Risk Management (MRM) team, playing a crucial role in the development and enhancement of a current, unified platform for our Risk organization. The Business Analyst will act as a vital conduit between the Model Risk Management business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring the resulting platform is robust, scalable, and compliant with all regulatory standards.

Business Analyst - Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with all stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements aligned with MRM policies and governance standards.

- Work closely with the Product Owner to break down high-level Epics into well-defined, actionable user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria.

- Document current and future state workflows for model development, independent validation, approval, and ongoing monitoring.

- Partner with the QA team to develop detailed test cases and scenarios specific to MRM workflows.
