Your main objective will be to work closely with clients to identify their business goals and translate those into actionable project specifications, guiding our development teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet and exceed expectations. Your new role - Business Analyst (Professional Services) Location: Germany (you must be based in Germany with the right to work) Your responsibilities will include: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into formal documentation. Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions tailored to client needs. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Stories. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops with clients to elicit requirements and validate proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the testing team to define acceptance criteria and verify that solutions meet the defined requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects. Training and Support: Provide post-implementation support to clients, including training sessions and documentation to assist with user adoption and satisfaction. About you 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Professional Services or IT environment. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable steps. Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as flowcharts, use cases, and user stories. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
