Seeking Experienced MES Business Analyst / PM / Scrum Master for Long-Term Project – Remote in Mexico (Guadalajara Preferred) We are looking for a skilled MES Business Analyst / Project Manager / Scrum Master with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. This role focuses on gathering and translating MES business requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting MES implementations within manufacturing environments, driving efficiency and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Gather and translate MES business requirements into functional specifications. Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and plant operations. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies when acting as Scrum Master. Support MES system deployments, enhancements, and production issues. Document processes, user stories, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Technical Skills Required: With over 5 years of experience in MES and manufacturing environments, you must demonstrate expertise in the following areas: Experience with MES platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, Wonderware, and Camstar. Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows including production, quality, scheduling, and inventory. Experience performing roles as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in MES/manufacturing contexts. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Excellent communication skills, empathy, commitment, leadership, and a proactive attitude. Location & Schedule: Remote position based in Mexico (Guadalajara preferred). Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00..
