Octagos is a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare technology company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through AI-driven solutions. We are seeking an analytical, experienced professional to join our team in a hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager role to join our Product team.
Position Summary:
This hybrid role will focus on understanding business needs and translating them into project plans and execution. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and managing projects from initiation to closure while ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
• Developing and maintaining clear project documentation, including business requirements and process flows.

Project Management:

• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Managing project resources, including human resources and technology.
• Tracking project progress and managing risks.
• Communicating with stakeholders and ensuring they are aligned on project objectives.

Product Management:

• Translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet business needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science or related field.
• Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or business analysis
• Experience supporting software-as-a-service is a plus
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Experienced in documenting business requirements through user stories and functional specs.

Skills:

• Exceptional ability to analyze complex information and identify trends and patterns.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Ability to identify and resolve problems that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and team members.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure involvement in projects.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
