Main responsibilities Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting the operational needs of a project Ensures the quality of specifications in accordance with the company's frameworks and policies Builds and strengthens relationships with partners and collaborates with them to ensure that the projects they are involved in are on track and achieve their goals Collaborates with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, IT, and finance Acts as a subject matter expert for the organization in the implementation of end-to-end systems BSc in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field MSc will be considered an asset 3-7 years of proven experience in a relevant role Experience in an Energy or Infrastructure field is preferred Excellent command of the English language; both written and oral Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Multitasking abilities and a results-driven mindset Preferred Qualifications & Knowledge Candidates with the following certifications or technical expertise will be highly regarded: Business Analysis & Project Management: such as CBAP, ECBA, PMP, PRINCE2 IT Service & Process Methodologies: ITIL Foundation or Lean Six Sigma ERP & Enterprise Systems: SAP certifications (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP FI-CO, SAP Procurement, SAP Ariba), SuccessFactors CRM & Cloud Platforms: Salesforce certifications, Oracle, Azure, ServiceNow Automation & Network: RPA tools, Network certifications
