QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Completed studies in the field of IT or business administration
• At least 2 -3 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager or a comparable position
• Knowledge of project management tools and Agile methodologies, such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong ability to analyse and understand complex business needs and priorities, effectively translating them into actionable requirements in collaboration with IT teams, while aligning with broader business initiatives and strategies
• A solution-oriented and team player attitude, with strong communication skills
• A high level of German and English
• Passion for listening, understanding, and questioning
