Operational and functional support of processes along one or more focus topics (e.g., redispatch, master data, back office processes, sales operations, SCADA-related data flows) – including recording, structuring, and prioritizing requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
Hands-on process automation: Design, setup and further development of workflows and automations, e.g. with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate), n8n, Celonis/Process Mining and AI-supported automations – with a focus on reusability and clean handover to engineering.
Rapid Prototyping: quickly developing functional prototypes (mock workflows, clickable screens, minimal functional automations) to validate requirements with the business early and accelerate iteration.
Spec contributions: Collaboration on specifications for Fusion Teams – initially as a reviewer and co-author, with the goal of independent spec authorship in the Dark Software Factory (autonomous digital product development).
Quality & Operations: Monitoring, validation and quality assurance of existing automations and data flows to ensure data quality, process consistency and system reliability.
