Description

Our client URGENTLY requires a Business Analyst for 8–12 weeks+ fixed-term contract in Darwin. The Business Analyst is to undertake business analysis, discovery and options assessment to inform decisions on a digital delegations solution. You will define business and non‑functional requirements, assess solution options, conduct inter‑jurisdictional comparisons, and provide clear, evidence‑based recommendations aligned with technical, security and governance requirements. Skills and Experience required includes: Identify, define and document business and non‑functional requirements for a digital delegations tool and evaluate commercially available products, including intra and inter jurisdictional comparisons of delegation solutions. Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex analysis in government or large enterprise environments and ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders. Exposure to HR systems or workforce management processes and experience working with approval, authorization, delegation or governance‑based processes. Experience assessing bespoke and off‑the‑shelf enterprise solutions and strong understanding of audit, compliance and traceability requirements. Government experience would be highly advantageous.
