Responsibilities:

THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE VERY BROAD AND INCLUDE:

  • Working as part of an agile team, managing the relationship with and between stakeholders, managing the backlog refinement and engaging with users and business to identify gaps and needs.
  • Supporting product owners in value driven decision making and priority making
  • Investigating and documenting business and customer requirements
  • Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts
  • Participating in and facilitating relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals as needed: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Showcases/Sprint Review
  • Having input into change management or business impact assessments, assists in operational roll out and support
  • Looking to improve business processes and support strategic decision making across both Racing and Wagering portfolios
  • Defining and preparing business cases, project proposals and lean canvases
  • Working closely with the Agile Capability Group to establish and support Ways of Working and RWWA’s Agile delivery model
