BUSINESS ANALYSTType: Contract | Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with stakeholders to identify business needs, document requirements, and define project scope.
✅ Process Mapping & Documentation: Create business process flows, user stories, and functional specifications using BPMN, UML, or flowcharts.
✅ Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business users, development teams, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
✅ Agile & Scrum: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to support Agile delivery.
✅ Data Analysis & Reporting: Work with SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) to analyze data and generate insights for decision-making.
✅ User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support UAT by preparing test cases, validating functionality, and gathering feedback from business users.
✅ Risk & Impact Assessment: Identify potential risks, gaps, and dependencies, ensuring smooth project execution.
✅ Technical Documentation: Create BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and User Stories in tools like JIRA or Confluence.
