Looking for a role where your documentation expertise can genuinely shape project success? This 4‑month UKG Business Analyst contract is focused on bringing clarity to complex workforce management initiatives, helping stakeholders make informed decisions through outstanding requirements and process documentation. You'll play a pivotal role across UKG-related enhancements, influencing outcomes through insight, structure, and collaboration while working with a broad range of business and technical stakeholders. 

Your role, your impact 

Reporting into the project team, you will be the connection between business needs and solution delivery, ensuring requirements, processes, and documentation are clear, accurate, and ready for implementation. Your work will help create alignment, reduce ambiguity, and support successful UKG outcomes. 

  • Facilitate workshops to capture and document business requirements 
  • Produce detailed requirements, process maps, and specifications 
  • Analyse workforce processes and identify improvement opportunities 
  • Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and technical specialists 
  • Support testing, validation, and business readiness activities 
  • Establish high documentation standards across project deliverables 

What you'll need to succeed 

You bring a structured approach, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable documentation. You enjoy working with stakeholders and thrive in project environments where quality and accuracy matter. 

  • Experienced in UKG workforce management solutions and modules 
  • Proven ability to create exceptional project documentation 
  • Strong capability in requirements gathering and analysis 
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions 
  • Experienced in process mapping and functional documentation 
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
